At the core of our business at Upton Properties exists a tremendous gratitude, a real love for what we do and those we work with – and a great desire to make a real difference - to really give back!
We’re now thrilled to say that after 15 years in business we’re at a stage where we can do just that!
As part of an Upton Properties collaboration with Habitat for Humanity, we’re sponsoring and building a house in Pelican Park, Zeekoeivlei from the 5 - 9 October (World Habitat Day Build Week) as part of our genuine commitment to give back.
Over a period of just 5 days, we’ll make a home a reality for those who have never had one. By giving them the gift of shelter, security, support, dignity and compassion.
We hope to alter one family's life in a profound way.
We’d like to invite you and others so integral to our success - our clients, partners, friends and staff – to join us in this hands-on process of giving back!

The only requirements are helping hands and a generous heart!
You’ll get involved in hands-on, on-site activities, like mixing duggha, placing door and window frames, bagging walls…and everything in between! And family members can help out too.
In return for this service, you’ll perhaps gain the gift of experiencing how it feels to truly give back. And you’ll love it!
